We are extremely happy with the outcome of our new wood floors! From beginning to end everything was so professional. From Sharon to the guys that delivered the wood, Anthony and of course Todd and Ivan...Just awesome! Paul helped me pick out the perfect product for my application. We put pre-finished hardwood in our upstairs hallway, it looks great! Everyone took great care, from the lady that did the scheduling to the installers who were awesome!

DeSitter was great to work with on two occasions recently. First, when they helped us choose a beautiful area rug for our dining space, and then again when I changed my mind about the size I wanted the rug to be AFTER it had already been delivered. They guided me through the process of resizing and advised me as to what type of binding would work best for my traffic pattern. The rug was picked up, resized, rebound perfectly, and delivered again in a timely fashion. DeSitter made the whole experience stress free!
