Our salesman, Allen, listened carefully to us, helped us with our selections and gave us insight and practicality about what and how to choose. After we took samples home, he came out to measure and the process flowed smoothly and wonderfully. We were pleased with the carpet layers and their expertise. I chose Desitter because they were local and for the length of time in business. After my first encounter with Paul Massey in the showroom, I knew they would do my floors. I chose luxury vinyl tile. We have been working with DeSitter over the last six months, refinishing hardwood, replacing carpeting with hardwood and updating all of our bedroom carpeting. Every step of the way, from Terry being incredibly patient through our dining room "the rug makes the room" experience to our "it has to be red and it has to be soft" decisions and with each team of installers, we could not have asked for more.
