Had been shopping around for new family room carpeting for some time when we visited DeSitter’s Glen Ellyn location. Great experience - talked through what we needed, gave good suggestions, left with a bunch of samples. Order, measurement, and installation were handled professionally. To top it off price was competitive or beat other stores we visited. Will be needed more carpeting in the near future and will definitely return.

DeSitter is an impressively professionally run company. Jeff, our salesman, was communicative and patient with us while we tried to make up our minds at a turtle's pace. They sent a team to our home multiple times prior to installation to plan and make sure all would go smoothly. Also, during installation they came out to check on things. The two installers, Todd and Ivan were amazingly skilled and were very personable and nice to have around. The floors look beautiful and I would highly recommend DeSitter.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable and wanted to know where and how the carpet was going to be used. They recommended a particular type of carpet that resists pet stains. Measurement omitted a small section of the room, but the imstallers came back and corrected the problem. Installers were super efficient and left the place better than they found it.

We love the carpet that we found at DeSitter. Our salesperson showed us a variety of nice options. She was experienced and offered good advice and helpful opinions. She responded quickly with the quote and offered additional good advice regarding the scope of our project. We took samples home to see how they looked in our house. My custom carpet was made and delivered in a timely fashion. The sales reps were very friendly, and knowledgeable. The delivery guys helped get it situated just were I wanted it !!
