Paul was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He listened well. Robert and his partner were prompt, efficient, and careful moving our furniture. Both were courteous and answered our questions during installation.

Good experience overall. There were some hiccups with planning installation, but those were resolved without too much issue and luckily the team was flexible in scheduling installation. DeSitter has a wide variety of carpet in stock, make sure to look at as many options as possible and take a number of samples to consider.

The installers were professional, polite and efficient. The carpeting was expertly installed. We love our new carpet and hope to do our family room later this year. My only concern was the payment. There was some confusion on the handling of the 2nd payment installment. My salesman told me you would run my credit card, yet I felt like the installer wanted payment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and really spent the time with me to find the right carpet. They ordered extra samples for me, got them to me quickly, and didn't try to sales pitch me into making a quick decision. Delivery was very timely and the carpet looks great.
