The salesman was very patient and helpful as we made our decision. They were very accommodating to our schedule and able to get the work done on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. The work was well done.

This is the third rug we purchased from De Sitters and we are very happy with all the rugs. The installers were very professional. After removing the old rug and padding, they cleaned the floor and prepared it for the new rug. Wife is very happy with the new rug and besides, it looks great in our bedroom.

Terry in the Lagrange showroom was very helpful in making our selection and providing samples. She kept in touch during the whole process. The installers were good; we thought they did an excellent job. Unfortunately, Mother Nature flooded our lower level just 48 hrs after installation. I guess we get to see the installers a second time.
