I am an existing customer. My original thoughts on DA were decent, nice facility, etc Last night I booked an appointment assuming I'd be driving the 2 hours from my house in Lake Tahoe for a 9am appointment. But for unforeseen circumstances I was not able to.. I emailed, texted, called DA from 6am until I was able to finally reach someone by phone around 8:30am. So this is my second time coming to this place. I have been getting Botox for 7 years now. After my first visit here I had to come back because I couldn't move my eyebrows at all to even put on my mascara so I needed a eye lift to do so. Came back and got lift and nothing. My brows did not lift so I dealt with it. It wears off right. Second time now and I'm 2 weeks in. Left there and Instantly bruising on my face. If I could give this place "0" stars, I would do just that. Today would have been my second time visiting this location. Instead, I walked out with less confidence than I started with and no services because of how Kim made me feel. It's a terrible feeling to spend close to $2200 to try to look more refreshed and have the results that I I do! I was injected with fillers over my cheekbones and it looks like cylinders above my cheekbones which have created hollowed areas underneath from my ears toward my mouth that create an aged appearance. On top of that, the circles under my eyes have been more pronounced and now look like pools surrounded by deep wrinkles giving me a "Skeleton" appearance. Just wanted to give an update. The fillers that were used under my eyes have no left a huge bag. I went to dissolve them after the procedure and it didn't work. A few years later, they are still there and every time I see the bag that I didn't have before this awful procedure, I want to cry. Thank you for running my face.

Usually I don't leave negative reviews but I thought that people should know the truth. The office is gorgeous and clean but they try to force you to get more treatments than you need. I came in for CoolSculpting and was quoted a price that was almost a thousand dollars more than another place. I tried to book an appointment and didn't receive a call back for days. Since reopening their customer service is horrific. I texted and was asked questions that could have been easily answered had the employee reviewed my history. Prices have increased and prior industry discounts are no longer offered. You're not the only game in town, thank goodness goodness. Peace out
