Destini and the rest of the team did a great job being accessible to answer questions and clarify things along the way. Being a business owner / self employed the process was a little more challenging but they made sure that I understood and was clear on processes along the way.

I was very pleased by the patience taken with answering all my questions and guiding me through my refinance experience.
Destini was great through the entire process. The communication and scheduling was much more accurate and timely when talking directly to Destini versus using the online portal.
