Easy process and quick turn around!
The hole experience was very clear and easy, compared to other companies I previously tried to use.
Getting phone calls back and not feeling that they ignored me when they saw my name on caller id. Not having to keep struggling through the process for 3 months. Not having my closing scheduled and having it cancelled without someone letting me know. I did stay home for those days. My loan may have not been the easiest due to a tighter debt to income with my wife working in the service industry impacted by COVID the last two years, but it should not have been this hard.
