To be able to talk to someone with out a 1hr. Hold. Getting told what I need to get together one time and not keep coming up with new things every time I receive a phone. Be able to share my appraisal with what ever loan people I want. It is my appraisal I paid for it. I just don’t like not having some one across the table locally I can talk to. That is my mistake to expect that

Refinancing my loan to a lower rate allowed me to save money and it was handled really well by the Pennymac team, the process was easy and my loan closed amazingly fast. My only regret is that I should have done it sooner and possibly would have qualified for an even lower interest rate.
