My only complaint about this process was that I couldn't talk to Destini every time I called. She was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Thank you
Today I received an email informing me that a document was not presented and signed at closing. This is very frustrating to me, since I paid for a professional to complete the closing.
From start to finish, there was hardly any communication explaining the process from the PennyMac Team. We constantly had to contact PennyMac to clarify and receive information. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A CONFIRMATION LETTER (or communication) THAT OUR LOAN HAS CLOSED. Respectfully request you review your communication process with applicants for a better experience.
Destini and Samuel were amazing to work with. Very professional and always available for questions. Destini even returned my call on a Sunday! WOW!!

I was told documents were not received but actually documents did not have needed info in them. The wording used to request more info was confusing .
I tried several time to contact Eric Luna about rolling my credit card into my refinance but he never returned my calls as a result it never happened. When I got messages from Penney Mac about documents I still had to submit she didn't say which documents and they weren't on the portal so I had to wait until she called me again to ask which documents and then they appeared on the portal so I could upload them. Destini. Schroder was the one helped me the most.
