My loan processor the first one, Shikira, never called when I was told repeatedly that she would. Mary the 2nd one, never called back. Destini left a voice mail and never called back. I NEEDED ONE PERSON TO WORK WITH. The system of having no one available to work with me was very bothersome. I had to call every day and talk to a different person, I talked to about 16 different people in 4 weeks. Destiny went above and beyond. I have ptsd and get anxiety often. She was not only kind and compassionate with me every time I called she Helped move the process faster than I could have ever excepted. It was a pure joy dealing with her. She is definitely skilled at her job but to me more importantly she made us feel valued and that Is the best customer service that you could ever offer. Better communication. This was not Destiny's faults. The previous person who was working with me was terrible at getting/wanting documents. Bad at answering the phone. And then there was someone who was on the team and was no longer working for the company. An absolute s*** show. This took over 3 months.
Great job! The only thing that wasn’t clearly communicated was that we needed multiple forms of ID at our closing. Luckily we had what we needed.
My experience with PennyMac was excellent. From start to close, everything was clearly explained and accurate. Destini checked in with throughout the process to see if I had any questions. She was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend PennyMac to my friends and family.. such a pleasant experience. Jamie F.
