I purchased two tropical plants on May 12 two days later the plant looked nothing like the day I purchased it. Took plants back to Dewaynes. The cashier call someone to look at the plant, and I said, "Can I return these or get a store credit? He replied, coming in here demanding a store credit. I said, No I asked. I recently moved to NC and could not wait to go in DeWaynes Christmasland store … it’s a magical place to see! But I am NOT HAPPY today! When you buy something in a store, you fully expect to be able to return it if you choose to. This is a CHRISTMAS store and they do not take CHRISTMAS items back after December 15! A very well-known business down the road from us also doesn't allow returns on Christmas items after 12/15, so it's not just us!
