I used to love Dewaynes but I recently had the worst experience with their Pandora. I bought a bead there that was on sale at Pandora and Reeds, everywhere else, but Dewaynes said it was not on sale. I really wanted the bead because it was retiring so I bought it anyway. A week later they now have the bead on sale. With that said, always price check and shop around. I’d recommend if you want Pandora to go to a real Pandora store. They’re much more friendly too.

very disappointed I made a purchase July 4th it was a sizable purchase. it was defected. The manager Rodney, insisted on arguing with me in front of other customers. I was so embarrassed and shocked that honesty meant nothing to him. He is a horrible customer service person. I have owned my own business for 30 years . customer service is very very important. I will no longer shop there. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with a dishonest manager. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear from this place.

Normally like supporting s local business but buyer beware. If you buy an item here for a Christmas gift you won’t be able to return it after Christmas if the person you bought it for doesn’t like it or it won’t fit. What store doesn’t let you return a Christmas gift after the holidays if it doesn’t fit? Bought a shirt for family out of town. And was not back in town to be able to return it until after the 1st. I understand your frustration. However, our return policy is printed on the back of all receipts and posted by our exit doors. A full Refund is possible when an item is returned within 14 days of purchase, along with original tags, packaging & receipt. An exchange or store credit is possible when an item is returned within 30 days of purchase along with original tags, packaging & receipt. The purchase of the Let is Snow shirt September 18th does exceed our return & exchange policy. Marcia

I received a shirt here for Christmas and needed to return it. I drove all the way here from over an hour away, after I called and they said I could return it. They would not let me exchange it for another item because it was Christmas themed. Won’t be back.

On 11/2/18 I bought some Maple nut goodies candy $3.73 including tax. They were so hard I couldn’t eat them. On 11/5, I took them back to Dewayne’s for a refund and was refused because it had been opened. You have to open food to try it. That is a ridiculous policy and I won’t be able to continue patronize them.

Was at DeWayne's on Friday and I feel the need to share the experience my mother and I had. We travel about an hour to Dewayne's every fall to visit Christmas Land. It is truly a wonderland filled with the most amazing Christmas decorations. We always look forward to spending an hour or more wandering the through the various sections. Unfortunately things did not go so well this time. I called the store last evening and spoke with Millie who was very helpful and placed some Vera Bradley items on hold that I was looking for. I explained that I wanted to make sure the items were available because I was coming from out of town. Millie took my info and told me that the items would be on hold for 48 hours. I informed her I would be there after noon the next day, and she said that would be fine. I went in for an item that was hold for me. When I got there I was left a note about it being broken. Then I got a story about how it was purchased after it was broken. Not really sure if I believe that story?!? Found something else for the gift I needed. Even after that it took too much time to find the box to wrap it. No offer of any kind of compensation for the inconvenience of me. Not even a free gift wrap?!? Had to drive out of my way to come only to find out what I wanted was not there. I will not be back.
