Could not place a call from Android 9 mobile
Cant login with office365, crashes...
can't use my work account to login. keep trying to reinstall and doesn't work. customer support didn't help.
answered the call on desk phone, my mobile device kept ringing, even killed the app, still kept ringing until i restarted the device. my mobile device is a note 9.
This app is awful! Our employer took away or land lines and pushed us to Dialpad for our work phones. Calls ring but you can't answer them. Calls drop. You get voicemails when the phone never range.
Can't log in at all using my gmail (work) account. It just keeps saying that something went wrong and that I should try again later. I've already attempted this a handful of times, reinstalled the app, and I'm still getting this error.
Am really frustrated by the fact that the microphone on my 3.5mm wired headset gets disabled in Dialpad when the phone screen locks. It's the primary reason I can't use this app for any important business calls. I have a Google Pixel running Android 9.0 (October 2018 update). Is anyone working on resolving this issue?
