This app is riddled with bugs and not nearly as polished as the iOS mobile version. I love Dialpad but this Android app feels like a second class citizen compared to it's iOS counterpart and the desktop version. Its unfortunate because Dialpad has the resources to make something better than this. Hopefully this is being done in the background. If they need some inspiration they should just look at Google Voice. It's by far one of the most polished softphone experiences I have seen thus far.
Sorry solo entrepreneurs we only open our API to Enterprise Accounts with 100+ lines. SMH. Everyone else has an open API. Advice to dial pad: support small business, open up, and also please do GraphQL
