Love the pools and water aerobics. My daughter loves the full size basketball court. It was a home away from home. Tennis courts and spa as well. Lots of equipment to choose from and any class you want to try.

Clean, serene, and an overall terrific spa to receive a deep tissue massage. Each therapist I've had has done an amazing job.

Love working out at Diamond Hills! Their facility is awesome, huge and lots of equipment. I am fortunate that I don't have to go during peek hours so I cannot give much feedback on the peek times and crowds. This club is always clean, always has plenty of fresh towels, and toiletries in the locker rooms. The pools and patio areas are big and spacious. I have even enjoyed the day spa with girlfriends and am very happy to be a member. I can highly recommend.

I have no idea why some people say the daycare isn't good. We've been coming here for over 3 years and my kids (4 of them!!) all LOVE everyone who works in the kids daycare areas. The women (and a couple of males!) are fantastic with the kids. We've even seen a few of them out in town and they always acknowledge my kids. This facility is always very clean, however costumer service is very hit and miss. I on many occasions just walk in with nobody to help me at the front desk. They are either busy with a large line of people talking on the phone or with each other. My daughter is so use to it that she no longer stops at the desk to give them our cards. I mostly joined for the beautiful pools they offer but when you sign up they don't tell you that the pools are pretty much out of service for much of the early summer because of swim team p... read more

The staff is very nice, the locker room is relatively clean. The pools were redone and are clean. My wife and I pay aroud $95 a month. They keep making small upgrades and are on top of maintenance, which is nice to see.

Dear Diamond hills community, My name is Taylor Griswold a former employee of 4+ years. I worked at the facility under multiple job titles one being an esthetician at the spa. I have been told a few different stories of my departure so I would like to clear my name for anyone who was a former client, friend, coworker, etc. May 7th I gave a 24 day notice because I decided to branch out and open my own suite as an esthetician. $100 a month and ONE smith machine? $100 a month and you won't run the air conditioning? 75 is far too hot for a gym packed full of people. The priorities here in terms of equipment are not right. One smith machine and they decided to buy a skierg. Newer hammer strength machines and not one regular row. On top of this they treat their staff like trash.

It's okay for our members to have varying preferences and we try to hear everyone out! We will address your comment regarding staff with our General Manager however we have longevity with our staff for many reasons so that feedback is very uncommon.
