This place is a Health club that is in need of a remake. Once a prestigious Health club this place is a victim of the time of declining service and ambience. It is overrun with signs and used towels.

The staff here is always very short and rude with everybody, the play area for the kids is not very well-managed. The staff members are always rude and never want to watch your kids. They don't understand how to interact with kids properly. The staff is short with you and when you have a legitimate concern they blow you off. They mistreated my handicapped family member, and when we brought it to their attention they down played it and blew it off. They staff members treat customers poorly and are not helpful. I tried his gym out the other day because In Shape pissed me off and has gotten really dirty and crowded. This gym is charging $100 more than what I currently pay for less equipment than In-Shape and older facilities. The bathrooms are out of date and the pool chairs and decor is older than me (I'm 30). I have no problem paying $100 more but I would need more modern facilities and more workout options not less. Bad attitudes and horrible customer service . Just come here if you want to having a bad treats . Not recommended , totally not worth it with " sky" prices.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a gym close to home. Found this place and was excited to try it out. Unfortunately the woman (a manager) that worked the front desk was not aware that people like to try out gyms before forking over $70 a month for it. I was nice and simply inquired about a guest pass. Her response was that is not how we do it here. Biting my tongue I left and called the sales department; of course they offer a guest pass. I Have been going here for 4 years now Just WISH they would get the heat under control in the HEATED pool !!! Every winter we complain its COLD please turn it up NEVER so who suffers US I love my aqua class but have to really think about it during this time of year Don't have the classes if you can promise what you Advertise FALSE information !!! We pay good money here !!!! Take care of your paycheck !!!!

This review is only for the front desk and the sales department of Diamond Hills. My partner and I just moved back to the area so we wanted to check out some of the local gyms around. The first thing the sales lady asked us was if any of us had been a member before. I have not, but my partner was a member 6 years ago. All we were looking for was a free trial pass with a tour and be able to try out some of the machines. The lady told us that since my partner was a member previously, she can only buy a guest pass for $15....... read more

Diamond Hills loves to "Post Rules" . And think they have done their job. However, they never enforce the "Rules", and they keep changing. I was a member since they opened and have never observed any of the "posted rules" being enforced. You are left on your own to deal with those who make you visit uncomfortable and in some instances, not safe. The men's sauna is generally filthy. The benches are black from dirt and misuse. I was a member here for several years ago but left about 5 years ago. Nothing has changed. Still he same mediocre customer service. The issues I had 6 years ago are still here. It's the little stuff that bothers me. They come and turn off the TVs in the men's locker room before closing. I'm always there late and leave at closing and 4 out of 5 times when I leave the lights are off in the lobby.
