I've been a member since the very beginning, when there was no Diamond Hills and just a trailer on a dirt lot selling memberships, every year this place gets more run down, lots of broken equipment, repairs take months, you loose you membership card and they charge $10 to replace it, without your card you can't use the lockers, the towels in the locker room are very small like a hand towel and rough as sandpaper, the hair dryers are cheap and some are broken, all of the shampoo, conditioner, lotions are very cheap and damagi... read more

The prices go up often and I'm quite tired of the frequent increases. The gym literally has not changed in years and the value for me has not increased. In fact, the steam room was out for months, hot tubs were out for over three months, and not the floors are being torn up in the weight area. I'm beginning to suspect that we are paying for all these repairs. Besides that, the club is great. Nice workers. Well run kids club. I've been a member now for one and a half to two years. The pros are that I like the gym and there are no upsell's. While it does take them a long time, more than I've ever seen, to repair equipment, and some of the equipment is older, I do find there are times that I enjoy going and feel no pressure. This gym is so outdated and for the price they charge you would expect more. The new equipment that they did buy was just plopped down in the middle of the walkways. The cardio machines are over 10 years old. I just wouldn't waste my money.

I have been a member here for over 4 years and the price of membership has steadily gone up. This place must have a new owner or under new management. Machines are constantly under repair for long periods of time. It took them over 2 years to find the warped floor in the heavy weights area. Finally they have began construction which now has taken almost three months. Maybe they are waiting for the concrete to dry still. I left this gym after one year as I could not get them to address the Men's locker room sanitary issues. The Locker room was always dirty with the showers and floors along with the bathroom stalls just disgusting no matter what day or night you went into the Gym. I made several written complaints about the Men's locker and fell on death ears along with just getting lip service from the General Manager in this club. This place must be under new management now because it just seems to get worse and worse by the month here. Machines keep breaking which is normal because of how much use they get but they shouldn't take almost two months to fix. The price has gone up this year but they offer much less and have more issues with machines then ever before. Oh how you were once a nice upscale facility but no more. Yes, I do pay the ridiculous fee to be a member here but only bc it's 5 min away from where I live. I use the pool only to swim nothing else. God forbid you use the nasty showers full of women's weaves all over the damn place.
