I had a really disappointing experience with this gym. We stopped by just to take a quick look before deciding whether to join, but were immediately turned away because the sales team had already gone home for the day. There was no effort to accommodate us or even offer a brief walkthrough. What made it worse was that after we had already left, we received a text saying that the manager on duty could actually show us around. MUST READ: Somehow this club has gotten WORSE. From poor customer service to atrocious facility management, I absolutely cannot stand this place; Marggie, the new GM, has ran this club into the ground. Gym equipment is very limited and broken half of the time. *Lifeguards at the pool allowed a man to drown and are careless with their job,* and all for sky high prices. I request this club be run under new management immediately! It would be a shame for anyone to sign up!

They over charge your monthly dues with no warning or reason , so unexceptionable very unhappy waiting for an explanation

I am totally done with the club now. This is a different era and I find the tone of the staff to be anti black. I use the club once a week for some swimming and sauna/ steam and jacuzzi. Just about every weekend this summer on my day to go there is a meet and I can not go until after 4pm. Today when I arrived after 4pm I was told it was closed the rest of the day for a swim meet. I started Diamond Hills in Oakley thinking it would be a nice gym since it's so expensive. However the facility is run-down, dirty, and not maintained. The shower area has bad ventilation. The parking gets over-filled because there's so many league sports which use the facilities, it gets PACKED! Sometimes I have to circle the lot several times to find a spot. Current pricing information as of 5/2025: I just called them over the weekend. The childcare hours are very limited and they don't change diapers per the enrollment employee so we decided it's really not worth it. I don't want to be in the middle of a workout and be dragged across the gym to change my toddler's diaper. Update: naturally they said nothing about being singled out in the moment when discrimination happens individuals often Sercombe to the pressure of being targeted. I spoke to the individual and they were not happy about this blatant anti blackness. The staff member didn't say anything to any of the other individuals nor have I ever heard of them enforcing this rule before today. I can't comment on the indoor amenities here, but if you're a tennis player just trying to play tennis, this place will gouge you to the poor house! I've been a member for 2 years now, and have to pay the highest rate they charge, even though I don't use the gym, pool, etc. Not only do they not offer a tennis-only rate, the rate increases quite a bit from year to year.
