They have a lot of machines and a very fancy pool, tons of amenities but the people who work there are so full of themselves and have no personality whatsoever. How dare you ask me a question. It's like going to a mean girls reunion. The front desk is manned by kids and leaves a lot to be desired. Too expensive! My daughter is 17 and she wants to join with friends, but this gym will not allow her to have a membership until she is 18. Instead she has to join as a family plan costing $164/month. Other gyms in area cost $20-40 for students with pretty much the same amenities. No thank you. Will not be paying $164/month. Also their student price is $60/month. In addition, under 18 can't be a member without an adult. but minors can go in as a guest for $10 each visit. Interesting...

I finally had to quit this gym. Unfortunately it's management is unable or unwilling to take care of issues. The showers in the men's locker has only 2 functioning well. The steam room is often broken whxinis more a result from people trying to mess with it and not being challenged on their behavior. there are other issues with minors in adult areas which are prohibited by the rules and also put adults in the position of having to reprman them for their rude and obnoxious and disrespectful behaviour, only to be verbally as... read more

Quit after 10 years of membership and price increases. Biggest complaint was that we were unable to swim due to them renting out the lap pool to local swim clubs. The whole pool deck would become a zoo! There was maybe 1 lane open for 5-7 members. Popular machines upstairs always broken. Sauna or Steamroom frequently out of order. Way too much theft out of cars in parking lot. Shoes, clothing, suits, etc. being stolen from locker rooms too. Nothing ever seems to make it to lost & found if you leave something behind. I have not had the best service so far... I will be honest, I have just started my kid in the summer camp they offer here so I want to observe the rest of the camp and see how things go, but keeping in mind my kid and I have never been here, the staff so far have been pretty rude and snippy... I have tried to get a membership three times unsuccessfully. I have left my name and number twice with them with no call back. I have gone in when the sales staff is supposed to be there and they are not , again with no call back afterward. And the one time I did reach somebody on the phone they were only there for a few hours and could not accommodate a time that I could show up. Cockroaches in the locker room, there was an incident where an adult at the playground center yelled at my 2 year old, and the family pool is always dirty. I also cannot morally support any business that chooses to discriminate against people based on their medical records.

I got my membership for the pool during the Summer months and for such an expensive membership I would expect to be able to utilize the competitive pool in the evenings during the week and not just on the weekends. Monday through Friday the competitive pool is occupied by numerous swim teams and they use it from late afternoon until closing. Only lane #1 is reserved for regular members during these times while lanes 2 through 8 are for the swim groups. That is unacceptable especially when the facility hours are shortened on ... read more
