I really wanted to like this place. After being a long time member of Club Sport in Walnut Creek, I was wanting to have a family oriented place to bring my daughter to learn how to swim. Upon arriving to have a tour, I had to wait which is fine. Jenny Hartshorn came out and greeted me with very low energy. She gave me a tour, forgetting to show the women's locker room. Had been a member when they first opened and signed up again after moving back from college. Seems they raised the price every 6 months without notifying. Paying $119 for two people just got to be too much. For the price, weight room is nothing to write home about. One power rack and overall the equipment is subpar. 24 hour fitness has much better equipment and is more about the customer, rather than trying to make money. Anyone else remember the old YMCA?

I LOVE this spa. LOVE it but I've called to book a service SEVEN times today and not a single person answered the phone. What's going on over there. I'm turned off now. What a disservice to the staff AND customers.

Been a member for almost ten years. Our Memberships started from a family of four to two down to one. Every time you downgrade or upgrade they charge you on top of your monthly fee. Anyways after all those years I'm leaving because they keep raising the monthly fees and without notifying me. As a long time member and for other long time members I think Diamond Hills should give us a little break. Others already left DH and pretty sure others will do too. I love this place but I just experienced a problem I felt I should share. I went in and bought a couples massage as a gift for someone for Christmas. I told the front desk person what I was looking for and she charged me 160 for the gift card. When the person went to use the cards after the massage they were informed that there was a balance due. I really tried to like this place. Even with all their bells and whistles, i just couldn't. They literally lost my two children in the daycare. They told me they were picked up in the system but they weren't signed out on the paper. They told me they probably just forgot, then asked me if i was "scared." I completely lost my ish. I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! Went in to try the free 1 week memebership to see if I was going to make the switch from 24hr fitness to them. Signed up for it online then received a call asking to come in and speak with a rep. Set up a 1:30 meet the next day. I show up and fill out some paperwork then am told to wait for the rep who comes out and ask for my ID. She takes my ID then says, "do you have a local one"? *Day care is ALWAYS full! That defeats the purpose of being able to drop off my kids so I can work out or relax by the pool!!! I pay a substantial amount of money every month for them to rarely have space for my kids! And when they finally have a spot open, they'll call you to pick up your child for any small reason!!!!!!!! *RUDE and unprofessional staff. *Can't get any guest passes. *Overpriced

Visited the the sports club in June of 2017. Was a member when the facility first opened and was considering reactivating my membership. I had been a former member in the past, I asked to fill out my name only on the interest card. The membership person greeted me with "Is This You?" Rude, Disrespectful, and Poor Customer Service!
