About this business
Diamond Knot’s original brewery and alehouse is in a building that has housed a pub for over 20 years. Before the building became a pub, it was a bus garage used by the local transit company and the main roll-up door can still be seen just inside our front door. The original thick, sturdy wooden beams and open plank ceiling, give the building a wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with our nautical feel and the waterfront on which we are located.

The best overall dining experience in a lifetime. Seriously. Best ambiance (casual), best background music (relaxing yet upbeat), best food (every bite of every dish), most fun (I won't ruin the surprise), best server (by far!) Great drinks. Value (less than $150 for 4 people - steaks, drinks, the works). Go. Enjoy
Very chill place for vittles and drinks. Best french fries ever, no joke! Was staying at a hotel right down the street in Mukilteo, so it was a perfect location. The first visit, I had a cup of their chili and their version of a club sandwich. Both were excellent and I wound up only eating 1/2 of the sandwich. Pleasant late lunch with the bf while we were exploring Mukilteo. Vibes are chill - a lot of people were hanging with friends, having a beer, watching the game. The crunching of peanut shells beneath your feet as you walk around is fun and totally part of the overall vibe. Food portions are generous! I wasn't in the mood for a heavy lunch, but still wanted something hefty enough to tide me over till dinner. We opted for a sandwich and salad. Server Tyler catered to my party of 6. This was my Washington farewell dinner that my sister and her family took me to on 12/28/2023. I meant to post about the experience on the way to the airport but got sidetracked lol. Nonetheless, this hidden gem has gems of its own to indulge in. Their root beer is made in house. Located on the waterfront of Mukilteo is the gem of a place for good beers and food. if you do not like beer, get their root beer which is equally impressive. food wise they have a bit of everything for everyone. pizza, burgers, wings, salads and meats. Basically a brewery and hangout but delicious food is served and breakfast on weekends. Love Diamond Knot.
Been here two nights in a row, Mondays are pretty dead and Tuesday's a bit more lively. The loaded rootbeer with vodka was really good actually. The burger was a little meeerrr meeerr a little less than average. The nachoes tonight were huge and pretty decent. Staff both nights were very friendly.
Thank you for not frying your shrimp in the same oil as your fries and fish. As someone who is tired of eating house salad at restaurants that sell seafood, I was MORE THAN WOWED by your yummy fish sandwich. I also ate the appetizer tots. Also yumminess. And the sauces...Oh Em Gee! I've never had a tarter sauce more amazing than this place! As a foodie? I am so happy happy right now! Service was great too! Bravo! Standing O! I'll be back for sure. Steak was amazingly juicy! The portion is best for 2 people. Cheese pork fries was delicious we enjoyed it too much before the steak arrived. Best to share with 3-4 people. My favorite draft was the blonde ale
