About this business
Diamond Knot’s original brewery and alehouse is in a building that has housed a pub for over 20 years. Before the building became a pub, it was a bus garage used by the local transit company and the main roll-up door can still be seen just inside our front door. The original thick, sturdy wooden beams and open plank ceiling, give the building a wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with our nautical feel and the waterfront on which we are located.

Love the beers and ambience. The food, in my opinion, is over priced for the amount you get, but if you like places with free peanuts that you can deshell on the floor and have local beers, than this is your place.
Diamond Knott is a local favorite, and they have expanded with a non bar area for little ones and a full bar for non beer drinkers Their menu has also changed over the years A go to favorite are their loaded tots and jumbo tots. They also have a good for your money brunch on the weekends!
We came into Diamond Knot Brewing at 10:00 AM on Sunday. We were able to be seated instantly, and were greeted by a friendly waitress and given peanuts. It was very chill and relaxed! I ordered a NW Blonde Ale that went perfectly with the peanuts. We were told to push the shells onto the floor! Awesome every time!! Ordered to go to eat on the boat..best burger I have had I a long time and the tater tots were amaze balls.. will definitely be back..
We took my 88 year old mother out to an early dinner. Mitch was our server. He was so kind and funny. She absolutely loved the thin crust pizza he suggested. He made it for us in the kitchen. The root beer was exceptional as usual. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will be back soon.
This brewery has kinda a split personality, one side being a family restaurant the other a had peanut shells on the floor of the brewery. Both have their place but i personally go to the pub side if I have a choice. It can get pretty busy and I do feel that they struggle with enough staff at times. Good list of local beers on tap and I really appreciate that they also have a couple good ciders and an excellent root beer. The food is overall good. The food is very good and the wait staff was helpful and fixed a small problem with the bill. My only criticism is the food took foooooorever (over an hour) to come out. Our friends warned us when we got here it might be the case, as they had the same experience the last time they ate here. If you like beer and don't mind spending a few hours at the restaurant, then this is a place you'll like.
Had the garlic basil burger takeout and I liked it! Bun was a little soft though, not yet soggy but on the verge. Tater tots are great! Love whatever seasonings go on there. Parking is a pain but I forget about this place tucked back by the mukilteo park
Garlic burger....mmmmmmmm..... friendly, attentive service and yummy beer. No complaints. Easy parking, too!
