About this business
Diamond Knot’s original brewery and alehouse is in a building that has housed a pub for over 20 years. Before the building became a pub, it was a bus garage used by the local transit company and the main roll-up door can still be seen just inside our front door. The original thick, sturdy wooden beams and open plank ceiling, give the building a wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with our nautical feel and the waterfront on which we are located.

These guys have the best giant, fried, cheese stuffed, potato tots! We sometimes order them before we leave the Clinton ferry dock, then pick them up when we arrive in Mukilteo. Yum! I also love their bbq chicken salad and my kids love everything on their kid's menu. So all around a great family dining experience.
Mukilteo, where are you people??? This is such a wonderful breakfast stop! My wife & I are in town for the week and we rolled down to the waterfront to feast on some very delicious and unique breakfast cuisine. Today, after a HORRENDOUS experience at Arnie's, we decided to drive one block down the hill and go to Diamond Knot Brewery and I am so happy we did. Our server was Walker, great guy, great server, great service! Everything was amazing! I very much recommend the flank steak, yummmm! You cook it yourself and it is amazing! Pretty good selection of beer on tap and food smelled great. Didn't try it myself but sure did seem enticing. Nice location on the side of the beach. Recommend checking out
A perfect jalapeño burger, crispy fries and a pitcher of Chaos Ladder hazy IPA. It doesn't get any better! Also, the atmosphere was cool and our server, Ally, was right on time! Thanks!
IPA lovers The Chaos Ladder is for you! Diamond Knot's beer is Top Knotch. Vegetarian friendly, you can substitute any burger with an impossible burger. There's peanuts everywhere! An interesting aesthetic but if you love peanuts it's a fun time. We came in on Sunday and ordered two beers to enjoy while we watched football. They have Tvs at all the right angles so everyone has a clear view. We didn't order food this time around but it was definitely tempting! I had lunch at the Diamond Knot Brewery in Mukilteo. The food was delicious and the service we received from Lilly was wonderful. I would recommend lunch here. Sandi
