I would highly recommend Dr. Judy, he has been very helpful and reasonable when it comes to treating my cats. He does not jump to the most extreme or most expensive treatment for their problems. He is willing to work with us and listen to what we need. He seems to actually care about the highest good for the pet and the owner. I have has a couple less then great experiences with one of the other veterinarians, but now I know to request the Dr. that I prefer.

I am on unemployment right now and have very little disposable income. My 11-year-old Shih Tzu has some bad teeth that need to be pulled, as well as needing a complete cleaning. I went to 2 different vets only to be told this treatment would cost over $800. I can not pay that so I went to Diamond Vet. I did get Dr. Hannah and I was very impressed, and he quoted a price of $500. Still excessive but better than the other two. I had to save up for 2 months to get this done. I got the money and called to make the appointment 2 ... read more

Reading all those negative reviews is surprising. I have used Diamond Vets-Dr Hanna-for 12 years. If I wasn't extremely satisfied, I would not still be going there. I have never had to use the emergency clinic and based on the reviews, that seems to be the big problem. If you are looking for a vet, I highly recommend Dr. Hanna. Have to go. One of my cats needs a weekly fluid infusion for kidney disease. And I don't feel like I pay too much for what I and my 2 cats get.

This review is way past due... I unfortunately don't remember the on-call vet's name (due to the nature of our visit), but she was everything a person could ever want in the care of your pet. Our cat was very seriously injured and this caring person could have talked us into any amount of money in return for helping our best friend Pebbles feel better. She took the time to explain numerous options to us; sensed we wanted the time to make the right decision; and did everything she could to ease the process. As I replay t... read more

I am so grateful to the staff at this clinic for being so fantastic with our baby puppy last night. We had no idea what was wrong, but the doctor was able to figure out from her symptoms and what I'd told her about the context of her illness that she'd been poisoned by eating compost (containing tremorgenic mycotoxins from the fermentation process) which attacked her nervous system causing tremors and nausea. They were so compassionate and helpful that Lyra still liked them even after they'd forced her to vomit. They also ... read more

I almost never take the time to write reviews. Our cat had been ill for several years and Dr Zastrow had done three surgeries to prolong his life. She was always compassionate and always put the welfare of our cat first. Recently, she spent the better part of an hour with me on the phone going over our options. We recently had to take our cat in for his 'final' visit. Dr Zastrow handled it VERY well. Diamond Vets is probably not the cheapest around. But, in our experience, the quality of care if first rate.

I've taken my dogs in here for many different things, serious dog bites, ear infections, separation anxiety, swallowed bones, and just maintenance care and they've been great. They're very friendly, and they treat emergencies as emergencies. They know what they're talking about and my dogs have always felt better from their treatment. I really have no complaints. I don't feel they overcharge either. I suggest it, and I suggest keeping directions & phone number to this place handy in case of an emergency, I know I've needed i... read more

I had the occasion to need a veterinarian in the middle of the night, and felt very fortunate to have found this emergency facility. In contrast to the majority of 24-hour veterinary facilities, this place is privately owned (not part of a corporation) and they appeared to have my dog's best interest as their first priority. Sure I paid more than I would have paid for the same services at my regular vet's place with a scheduled appointment, but I had far kinder and more personal service than I've found at the giant corpora... read more

I am so grateful to have Diamond in Everett. It is pricey, but who else can you take absessed kitty to at midnight on your birthday? I never worry when my babies go to Diamond. I know that no matter what, they will do their very best to provide exceptional care.
