We had to put our beloved dog down and the staff was so compassionate, kind and gentle with our dog and the family. The vet gently explained the process and were patient with us and our beloved dog Ruby.
Love this place and so do my dogs! All of the staff members are always super friendly
I've had a great experience with Diamond Veterinary Hospital. I had to bring my really sick puppy in the middle of the night to their emergency room. And they did a great job with taking care of my sick 11 weeks old puppy. Special thanks to Dr. Michelle Schmidtke and Dr. Kristina Modjeski. I also had a follow up call from the clinic about the puppy and if he's feeling better in a couple of days after our visit. Really appreciate it!
We brought our 9 week old puppy in after a concussion. She received excellent treatment and went home the following afternoon. Thanks to Dr. Marcus and the staff at Diamond! This outcome could have been very different. We will always return here for emergencies.
Saw the reviews and called a few other places first, but with everyone booked Diamond was my Obi-wan. Overnight the left side of my dog's face swelled up and she couldn't hardly see out of her eye. Thinking it was a reaction to some flea medicine, I needed to get her in somewhere quick before things went further south. Used them many times in the last 10 years (at least 5 times) but only once recently. It was after hours for emergency care, which is always speedy, but really only about $100 extra over what you'd plan to pay for a 'normal' visit. The new building is nice, clean and and doesn't seem extreme or overkill (and you always worry you will be paying for their luxury upgrades). I have had contact in the past for an emergency call for a cat. Now we just got our new puppy a Golden Retreiver and we felt this was the time to change ets offically. We'd been thinking abt it for the past several yrs. Even though we'd been at our past Vet for nearly 30 yrs it changed ownership several times and is now a corporate Vet office. I had a very good experience here. Being a former vet assistant I was super skeptical bringing my blocked cat here especially after reading some reviews. Well I'm here to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly, quick and time efficient. They didn't try to do anything unnecessary, and the cost wasn't unreasonable. I'm thankful for all their help over the holidays!
