We had a great experience with Diamond Veterinary Associates. We became worried when one of our cats suddenly started smelling foul and we wanted it checked out ASAP. The staff treated us and our cat very kindly. They offered quick and appropriate treatment, with no suggestions of any unnecessary treatments. We'd use them again for any medical emergency for our cats and would highly recommend them. The price felt appropriate for a walk-in, after hours appointment.
Dog experienced twisted stomach and this vet was the closest open at 12am on a Friday/Saturday. They took him in, were confident in their diagnosis and prompt to execute treatment once I made my choice. They explained the costs ahead of time, so I knew what I was getting into. Price was fair, service was excellent. Best part was, the doctor who treated him seem to take ownership of his care despite him not being a "regular patient." I came here several weeks ago for an emergency with my dog and I'm so glad I did. It turned out that my dog has Addison's disease, and I felt that the vet who treated him that night, went above and beyond what another vet might have. She could have very easily just treated him for kidney failure, but she looked into it a little more and he was successfully diagnosed. I'm now working with the Diamond staff (their normal vet folks in the morning) for his treatments and they've been really great with him so far. Very friendly ... read more
I have been taking my three dogs here since 2009. Staff is friendly and love the vets here. Staff always takes time to listen to my concerns. I feel like part of the family here. I especially like that if I have to hospitalize my dogs, they receive 24 hour care. Also appreciate call backs from the vets when I have questions or concerns. Would not dream of taking my dogs anywhere else. Best care and staff in Everett. If you are looking for compassion for your animals, Diamond is it!!
I just took my baby girl here to get a toenail checked out and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The reception was super nice, little paperwork to fill out and CLEAN!! My dog was treated so well and the vet was completely caring and informative. I have changed vets and look forward to working with them in the future
I highly recommend the amazing crew of vets here. My dog was transferred from another clinic (which was terrible) to an overnight stay here and they took such good care of her. Being new to Washington I'm extremely picky with which vet she goes too. Everyone here was extremely helpful, caring, and loving to her. They also made it very easy for us. My review is based on the Emergency Hospital- early one Sunday morning, our precious kitty Tiger started vomiting blood and having diarrhea. Naturally, our regular vet was closed so we called ahead and brought here. She was immediately taken to one of the nice clean rooms and within minutes examined. Turned out she needed to be kept there overnight, tests were run, her diagnosis was pancreatitis. We had to take our 15 yr old Jack Russell in because she was suddenly in a lot of pain and had very weak back legs that hardly supported her. Dr.Vang took so much time with us, and her compassion for Trixy was obvious. She asked lots of questions, spent generous amount of time examining and watching the dog and made us feel it was a positive experience.
