Diamond veterinary hospital has been my fur babies provider for over 19 years. They possess a great team of vets. Dr. Zakos is a TERRIFIC veterinarian AND human being. I knew she was gonna be great with my animals, she has outstanding people skills too!!! I love the vet techs.....they all have hearts of gold. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
The vet did an honest job in describing the prognosis for our beloved lab which led to our decision to euthanize her.
Dr Howell and Tyler were absolutely incredible! Was able to seen in a short amount of time and they seemed very interested in Kota's symptoms, as well as, making sure they could help us. Incredibly friendly and informed. They even helped with preparing us with info/meds to keep the little guy calm on our upcoming move! Coming to the animal hospital can be incredibly stressful, but because of them, Kota and I are much more at ease. Thank you Dr Howell and Tyler!!
Thank you for all your support in our trying time last night. We had to make a tough decision and everyone in the clinic late into the night were very supportive. As busy as the clinic was in the middle of the night they took the time to listen and go over all sorts of options. The veterinarian gave us well informed information which allowed us to make a calm cool logical decision even with emotions as crazy as they were. Overall the clinic was clean and the staff were friendly and supportive.
My fuzzy girl ingested some sort of cleaner or motor oil. We called ahead and they told us to bring her in. When we arrived they took her back to be evaluated. The vet stated she was stable and brought her back to us. They informed us to call a poison line and get the information on what she could of ingested and how to monitor her. Overall they were very helpful and compassionate. Thankful for this place, we will be back!
I am so impressed with the service we receive every time we go here but today was exceptional. To keep everyone safe, they had us drive up, call to check in, a tech came out to take my dog in, the vet called us on the phone during the exam, and then a tech brought him back out. Truly a wonderful experience! Thank you!
My dog infested a grape last night. I looked it up and read that grapes are very toxic. I called Pilchuck 24hr ER and was told to call a poison line which charges $60 and they would let me know if I need to take my dog in. I was dumbfounded because I didn't know why I needed to call a poison line, pay, and waste time. When I called Diamond, I was informed that this was very serious and I needed to bring her in immediately. The vet was very compassionate, informative, and was able to get the grape out almost fully intact. The... read more
Amazing experiences only with Diamond Veterinary Hospital! I have an old man Min Pin named Frankie (who literally gets treated like the rock star that he is every time he walks through the door). I went to Diamond because of an emergency- Frankie started limping badly (like yelping when he walked wrong or was touched) We went there because I googled nearest place for emergency treatment and it was right around the corner at the time. Even though it was "emergency" the vet tech and doctor at the time (don't remember their nam... read more
Brought my dog in as she ate chocolate. 2am visit and everyone here was so nice. They explained everything and for emergency services 350 is pretty reasonable. They provided options and gave advise without judgement. I would bring my dog here again if needed.
