Beware! Some of Dianne's reviews here are fake. Dianne is quite unprofessional and also abrasive when you ask her questions she doesn't like. She intentionally delays sharing the mandatory loan disclosures and her fees with you so that by the time you have the information it's very difficult to go with another broker. I would advise you to shop around because her rates are higher than normal which ends up increasing your monthly payment significantly.
