Dianne was great! We had a very complicated loan situation. Dianne and her team were there start to finish to address every single challenge. She navigated us through a tricky exception to the seasoning requirements for refinances. Before finding Dianne and the Guaranteed Rate team, I had spent a month talking to mortgage brokers that either had no idea what the rules were for are particular situation, or told me what we were trying to do couldn't be done. Dianne is a true professional. She was an incredible help to me in orienting me during my first home purchase and instrumental in closing my loan. My first meeting with Dianne was on a Sunday. Great team, very detailed and clear on everything that was needed in the process. I would highly recommend them with home purchases. All the Oakland realtors knew of Diane and the RPM group and this was helpful in the bidding process.

Highly recommended. Best experience ever with a getting a mortgage; I had a quite a few lemons before, so finding them was a real treat. Dianne and Anna are extremely organized and efficient. They worked hard to get our loan approved and funded on time, even under extenuating circumstances.
