Diane has a great team, very detailed and clear on everything that was needed in the process. They walked us through every step of the journey. Dianne is a closer - flat out - and her reputation is an asset. We were involved in a multiple offer (5 offers) situation on a Walnut Creek house. Even with an all-cash buyer hovering just below us in price, our offer was accepted because the selling broker knew Dianne's reputation and took her word that our financing would come through, no problems. They helped us make a very tight deadline to fund before closing on our new home.
