I call Dianne desperate for help. I'd been making calls for days with no success. Dianne called me back immediately. Due to my unique situation, like all the other mortgage brokers I'd spoken with, Dianne couldn't help me. However, she was the first person who took the time to give me a referral to someone who could. She was very real, very personable, and very helpful. I have no doubt that she would give the same effort when actually closing a loan for someone.

Dianne and her team are exceptional and I can't thank them enough for their help and guidance through my first home-buying experience. Dianne patiently and thoughtfully responded to my (many) questions and concerns. Our loan was complicated and Dianne made it happen for us! Without her, we would not have closed on our house.

Dianne was great! We had a very complicated loan situation. Dianne and her team were there start to finish to address every single challenge. She navigated us through a tricky exception to the seasoning requirements for refinances. Dianne Crosby ROCKS! I couldn't recommend her more. And yes, she is amazing and fierce as other reviewers wrote. I also add smart, reliable, warm, available and awesome. I found her after meeting several mortgage brokers. She has been following me in the last two years as I get ready to purchase my first home. I am excited that she now has her own office in the heart of the gourmet ghetto and I can't wait to purchase my first property with her.

I first met Dianne some years ago when the housing market crashed and we were looking for advice on what to do with our mortgage. Dianne gave great advice, explaining the pros and cons of each course of action. Later, she re-connected with us when she moved over to Guaranteed Rate, just when we were looking to combine our first and second mortgages. All Dianne, all the time. Worked with her several times now and she is consistent at being AMAZING! This woman is your "partner" in home financing. Dianne and her team are strategic, extremely knowledgable, impeccable listeners & problem solvers, communicative, and great at setting expectations - because, her goal is to help you achieve yours, and she follows through - or she'll tell you upfront she can't. You will not find a more hardworking team of people than Dianne Crosby and her team at RPM. Dianne has helped me with both a home purchase and a subsequent refi and in both cases she worked around the clock and kept me updated along the way. If you want someone with the knowledge and experience required to get you the best deal available then look no further.
