I've used Dianne and her team for a 2016 refi, a 2020 home buy, and currently undergoing a refi on the new home. We started the refi process a few weeks before the covid shutdown and Diane and her team were still able to complete the transaction. This was pretty tremendous as the available options for financing became tighter. Dianne and her team knew how to get it done and for that I am thankful.
