I have been with Ford from Pullum to Dick Smith. I have dealt with a number of service reps. I have a strong friendship with Jeramy and he is a great employee for Dick Smith. Jeramy remembers who I am and we talk kids. Tyler has been working for me for the last five times I have brought my vehicle in for service. I used the pickup and delivery service it so easy my service writer kept me informed of the work my vehicle was delivered back to my place of employment will choose this option again
