Constantly having to call the dealership to ask about my vehicle condition.. I purchased a Ford F-150 in December of 2024 and have been to the dealership 4 times in less than 6 months. This is my 2 vehicle purchased at this dealership and never had this many issues in the 4 and a half years that I owned the last Ford F-150 that I had. I feel like I have been sold a lemon.
They still have my car after 3 weeks. Don't have any confidence that they know what they are doing. Totally unorganized.
I took my car in to get a recall addressed. I was told over the phone that it would take about 2 hours. I planned for 3 hours. I had an appointment for 10:15 am. I stayed the entire time as I told Seth I would. No one checked on me. No one said a word. After 4.5 hours, I was irritated. I asked to speak with Seth and no one could find him. I was at the dealership for 4. 5 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment at 9:45am my vehicle didn't go back to be serviced until I began to question the time frame in the service department. My time is valuable. Why make appointments if you can't honor them. I try to have my vehicle serviced where I purchase them. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to do this. I lost a complete day of work instead of half a day.
These people are dishonest! They tried to tell me that it needed a whole new computer that tells you the codes of what’s wrong and the cost for that was 1,600$. I just had the truck at another mechanic two days prior and the computer was working fine. So they TRIED to charge me almost 2k just to be able to tell me what was wrong with it and then, who knows? I guess they thought I was ignorant. Anyway I picked it up, took it to a diesel mechanic and it ended up being a faulty fuel injector. $800 and I was out the door. These ... read more
