I was told my lug nuts were too tight to remove, and would likely be broken if an attempt was made to take them off. I was then told that they would proceed with my permission and let me know as soon as they made the attempt so parts could be ordered in time for the morning delivery to complete my car. I waited 5 hours for a call back and never received one, so I called back at 5:30 for an update. I was first in line. They couldn't get the pump that pumps oil out to work. So I sat there for 2 hrs. Do yall not have loose gallon oil around there.

I went in for an oil change and then when I left the ac was blowing hot air which was never an issue before. So I took it back and they told me that they found the problem and it would be $1,500.00. I paid it and left and the ac was still blowing hot air. So I took it back again and they told me they found another issue and wanted me to pay another $2,000.00! That's ridiculous for something that should have been fixed the first time

tried to get me to replace my wiper motor along with the multi function switch when both were perfectly fine . would have spent 1300 dollars for nothing .

I know now the service at this particular dealership is ridiculous. Charged me almost $400 for a service they did not supply on my vehicle. I paid for an extended warranty which they sold me at the time of purchase. Ac was blowing hot when I dropped it off, received a call from them it was ready after 5 days. Paid them when the vehicle has a warranty , got in the vehicle drove for 39 minutes with the ac blowing hot again , great service SMFH

My truck sat in your shop for a week before someone looked at it. Did not know that it would take that long. They could have been upfront with me. Next day went to another shop down the street and got it fixed in two hours.
