My wife tried to make an appointment for an oil change. Service told her first come first serve. She took the car. 4 hours! She finally left. We won’t go back. Bought 2 vehicles. Wont buy again!
Worst Service Department Ever There is not enough space to include all of the negative treatment we experienced. Suffice to say, we spent a lot of money to repair /replace entire AC system (2500), and had to return in less than a week for the same problem. They kept the vehicle another 3 days to discover a different problem, and cost of repair 2200. They would not honor the warranty, or admit they missed this the first time around. Not Competent or Taking Advantage of Customers? Let's start by saying I feel and it appears as though this particular dealership has one manager "Rick" who will take advantage of what the customer allows him to. This manager will tell you the service needed is not covered under your warranty, not $100 or $1000 but over $3000 of "not covered warranty work". My Experience Just want to write about my experience. This summer traveling to the beach the check engine light came on in my new Ford vehicle. Drove to Classic Ford and approached Dean Ray about checking it out. There are four guys standing behind computers and not another customer in sight. Their opinion is all that matters I had my Company Van towed there because it was closest to where my van caught fire. I had a brand new Ford motor installed in Virginia after my van broke down on I-95. WIth less than 1,000 mile on the new motor it caught fire. Their motor specialtist came to the conclusion the motor was damaged during installation. Service Department Apparently an "appointment" is not arrangement to meet someone at a particular time and place. instead I scheduled an appointment to have a recall done on my car, only to show up, wait six hours for them to not do anything but get grease in my car and curb one of my tire sidewalls. No work performed. I'm more than upset. What else can you expect from a dealership tho.
Go somewhere else . You won't regret it! I went in for my first free oil change so I thought I'd check on the prices for a new F 150. I was pressured to make a sale. I went in at 11:00am on Saturday as I verified on Friday. I had another appointment at 1:00pm at another dealership to do the same. Waste of time and money They charged me $100 to tell me they couldn't hear a noise that had to listen to the whole way home. Took it to my local guy; it was a wheel bearing. No more noise. What a waste!
