When I come in to get my tires mounted and balance, I expect them to put the tires on correctly, the first time. If you look at every single car on the road, and on your dealership lot, the white walls are facing inward so why would you put my tires the complete wrong way?? and then make me come back and wait two hours, two days in a row! Got cheated ! ! Spent over 5 thousand dollars and got the same problem!! Very bad to do working people this way !! Over five thousand dollars
Service department is poorly managed and doesn’t communicate with customer. They create unnecessary delays and are unreliable.
We came in for our 7am (2nd scheduled appt in 2 weeks) appt. This was for a Sync 3 update to get our CarPlay back in our 2016 Ford Escape. My daughter and husband tried to drop off the car. Not only could they not find our appt, but then also said we don’t need the update, “we are all up to date”. They tried to tell us that all w need is an apple cord, which is not the case. Fast service however offering 0% financing on electric cars is outrageous and very political by Ford as a company.
Disappointed when I was quoted a battery replacement for $249 that ended up costing nearly $400.
Very bad that service advisor Vicky will not talk to you. Think it’s a black thing.don’t think she really care for all races of peoples.
Horrible customer service 4 hours to get oil change and tried to rip me off on purchasing a new tire. Do not buy or get your car serviced at this dealership. They also have zero new cars on the lot.
Drive 36 miles around trip from Blythewood, South Carolina to Dick Smith Ford for a oil change and tire alignment. They had stopped doing service work at 9:00 am. If they are not doing service work on cars they sale, why buy one there.
