Verified Renter Nice amenities and the staff is friendly. The pool is very clean and beautiful seating and decor. Modern appliances look good and balcony is a great size.

Verified Renter Good so far, I was approved quickly and the kitchen is very spacious, but I found a live roach in the cabinets during my first move-in day. The leasing office seems a bit understaffed, for a complex with 4 buildings, but both the desk ladies and the assistant manager were very friendly and personable. Maintenance was quick to come fix the few issues with the unit from the previous tennet, but it was slightly concerning that one of the gates leading into our building doesn’t lock like it should.
Verified Renter The staff is welcoming and nice.There are several amenities to be used and all of them are in great condition. The dog park is amazing and my dog loves it. Maintenance team responds in reasonable time and successfully completes tasks.
