Fantastic help and support in tight timeframes Dogtainers moved my cat to the UK with not much notice. Great support from the exports team in particular Sädé. The cat in question arrived as scheduled (and may eventually forgive me!). Updates during her trip were greatly appreciated and I look forward to dealing with the team again on the return to Australia.
Having our Groodle flown to Vanuatu Post initial enquiry with regard to flying our puppy from Melbourne to Vanuatu. Megan (dogtainer representative) was on the ball every step of the way. Best experience Dogtainers helped us to transfer our dog from Montenegro to Australia which was VERY difficult because our dog was the first one who ever travelled by such route. 6 months of preparations and millions of questions and emails later we got reunited in Australia and feel so happy to be together again. The travel for my 2 fur babies was a bit of a struggle and she sorted any and all isues that arose during the booking process. Confirm your booking before flight Under quoted me to fly my dog from Alice Springs to Brisbane. Still took my $1500 payment but no booking was made for my dog. Had to cancel my flight when no one from Dogtainers showed up at freight drop off and scramble to fix the situation. Very stressful but the next day (Monday), l rang Dogtainers and the gracious, friendly Nina helped me book my dog on flights to get us both to Brisbane on the same day. This was hugely appreciated as it meant l wouldn't have to drive for 3 days.
Excellent Service Edrington flew from Adelaide to London, the service from start to finish was excellent. And Eddie arrived in London in good health and no worse for his long journey. He was well cared for and we were kept up to date with his journey. Even at 3am in the morning of the day he was travelling and we thought his flight was cancelled. Thank you, Dogtainers! We were apprehensive about shipping our Australian Bull Dog to the UK. Two animal export companies said they weren’t transporting bull dog breeds at this time due to flight disruptions. When I contacted Dogtainers they were confident it could be done.
