Beyond happy with the service Don’t usually write reviews but was thrilled with the service provided to me and my family from Dogtainers. Moving is stressful but this company, and particularly our consultant Ben, made the process of relocating our two dogs much more straight-forward and hassle-free than we expected. Amazing pet travel company I would highly recommend using Dogtainers. They were efficient, communicative and reliable. They took care of all the import and export travel requirements which made the process a lot less stressful on my end. I will definitely be using them again.
Good people, Reliable and Honest After getting a quote from another mob, I called these guys. While the prices were similar, the customer service from the bloke I got on the phone at Dogtainers was so much better that I decided to go with them. The only way we will transport our fur babies We completed a complicated move of 4 animals from Sydney to Auckland (via Brisbane). The team at Dogtainers made a very complicated process as simple as it could be and I always felt assured that our pets were in good hands. One of a Kind Service! We contacted Dogtainers in mid January to move our two Persians and our fat old border collie from the Northern Territory to New South Wales on short notice. Much more complicated than I thought it would be due to the kitties having breed restrictions on the airlines, but nothing was too much for our consultant Ben.
