Great help with import of dog from Croatia (on extremely short notice) Excellent service and helpful staff. We have used Dogtainers service for relocation of dog from Croatia to Australia and domestic transfer from Melbourne PEQ to Brisbane. All arrangement had to be done on extremely short notice and Dogtainers team never failed us. I doubt that it could be done without their help!

The most amazing service and care I can not rave enough about the team at Dogtainers. They solved a really tricky issue with trying to get our dog out of Hamilton Island and were so amazing to deal with. The care they showed her was amazing and the communication was great. I was constantly updated. 20/10

Fantastic service and communication! So pleased to choose Dogtainers! From the start, their service was excellent. Especially Emma did such an amazing job! She made all the process smoother and communication with her was perfect! Emma was so reactive that I did not have the time to worry about anything. All my questions were answered. She even accommodated a last change on an administrative document (on a public holiday!). I would highly recommend their services!

A real Christmas miracle We were planning to move to New Zealand from other country and to take our dog with us. That was a really tricky task as the dog was originally from the country which is not considered rabies-free. So dog's journey to NZ started from Montenegro, where we lived with him for a few months to comply with NZ import standards about the rabies. Absolute gems!!! We were part of a group getting pets home from the Solomon Islands last year. There is no way we could have got them home without Dogtainers (particularly Angie’s) help! Professional and responsive, Angie helped to keep us on track and cleared more than a few bumps along the way. Dogtainers are now my go to pet movers, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Amazing experience. Dogtainers transported our Nova Scotia Retriever from Melbourne to New Zealand. Have to say that the company was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to deal with. Right from the start of the process until his arrival everything went very smoothly. Lisa Corken was our company contact and she was BRILLIANT. Immaculate service A young man named Ben was incredibly courteous and handled everything perfectly . 10/10
Honest crew I normally send my dogs with the competitors, but called them recently and was told they can't get flights for my Boxers. I called Dogtainers and they had me sorted on flights for the next week and organised the vet appointment and everything. Big thanks to Dogtainers and especially Ben who was really patient and honest on the phone and by email. I will only be going with Dogtainers from now on.

Dogtainers accepted the challenge! Bringing pets from Brazil to Australia is always complicated because Brazil is not part of the group of accepted countries. For this reason, there's a lot of work and many companies simply don't take this process or charge too much, making it impossible for tutors to be reunited with their 4 legged children. Dogtainers accepted this challenge and after almost 2 months, our cats finally were delivered to our new home. THanks a lot for Emma and the team for all the support!
