Amazing experience! We recently moved from Australia to UAE and DogTrainers helped us with relocating our beloved small German Spitz. Lisa was always super helpful, and she even was kind enough to work on her weekend and providing us with an update, when we were worried about our little boy. They did all the coordination with the destination onboarding company, so I didn't need to worry about anything. Overall it was an amazing experience, and we couldn't ask for more. Our little one arrived safe and we are all happy!
Two labs MEL- DXB - ORD Making an international move is a very stressful process. I was fortunate to have Lisa from Dogtainers behind the scenes managing all the dog relocation stress for me. Amazing service Dogtainers were incredible from start to finish - providing constant updates and support for a very stressful process. Particularly Lisa who was super supportive and there every step of the way, answering any question with great detail, as well as great updates/pictures when it got to his final flight . Great service! Our dog is safe & happy in Australia all the way from the UK From the very start Dogtainers have been professional & friendly. Bruno flew from London to LA then stayed at a kennels for 2 nights where we received pictures of him and an update of his weight. He then flew to Melbourne where we again received updates on his well-being. Everything was handled by dogatiners so I didn’t have to worry at all. Really good communication and put my mind at rest the whole time
Exceptional customer service! First time using Dogtainers. I had been stressing about moving interstate and called a couple of companies who didn't really explain properly how it all works. When I spoke to Benjamin at dogtainers, he explained the whole process fully and was quite patient and straight-forward. Super effizient Dogtainers have worked out the most efficient route for our puppy's flight. We had to drive a little further to pick her up, but that way we could care better than having her brought to our doorstep with an 8hr travel and no food or drink. The price too was less than that of other animal forwarders. But for animal welfare, Dogtainers were perfect. Thank you very much. Very thoughtful. Awesome service.
Thanks for the smooth travel and making the big move a breeze for our three cats. We have moved to Sydney from Dubai with our three cats with the assistance of Dogtainers. Bringing your pets to Australia is quite a demanding project (!) that requires lots of timely preparation of documents, tests and vet visits and advance planning. Dogtainers were great! We had Dogtainers help to fly our dogs from Australia to the USA, they are both English Bulldogs, 9yo and 11yo, due to their breed and age, we were concerned about their safety but at the same time, leave them behind was not an option.
