Highly recommend Angie and the team at Dogtainers! Angie and the international import team at Dogtainers were highly efficient and effective at importing our German Shepherd dog Jazz from Papua New Guinea to Australia. We had an issue with her blood test results and Angie helped us get an exemption permit in record time so that she could still travel on her original schedule. They also kept us informed when Jazz had arrived in quarantine in Melbourne and how she was going. I don't know how we would have done it without them!
The only company to get your pets home safely! Dogtainers have been incredible for us. Relocating our two cats from Japan to Australia, Emma showed clear and prompt communication and made sure we had everything ready to go when needed.
Highly recommend for your fur babies From start to finish the service, communication and care we received from Josh at Dogtainers was second to none. We flew our dog from Sydney to Dallas - we received pre departure updates, detailed arrival instructions, and at the other end we were nervous about heat stroke as it was very hot a 38c degree day, the handling company at Dallas calmed all our nerves while we waited, explained the full offloading process to keep dogs cool. This excellent review is 100% based on Emma and Angie's great work in the international team. We were let down by pet relocation in America which were contracted by Dogtainers but once everything was rebooked by Emma through another US agent , it was smooth sailing. I would definitely use dogtainers again as long as I went through Emma or Angie. Stella customer service.
Trusted pet transport Great service from Angie and Emma from start to finish with transporting my dog from the Philippines to Australia via sth Korea. No question was to silly and all queries were answered promptly. The boarding facility they use in sth Korea was brilliant.
Great service from Tania & Lisa I had my cat fly from Australia to Malaysia. Dogtainers always responded promptly and patiently to all my questions. Above and beyond - a perfect service We recently booked our puppy on an interstate transport - the quote was more than reasonable, the ease of booking made better by having a dedicated person we could email and knew exactly when the pup would fly as well as all the circumstances where the welfare of the puppy would be put first /possible later flight. Emma was patient and provided good details along the journey. We had two dogs to fly from Singapore to Australia they are both considered Brachycephalic breeds, hence added stress with flying them. I used dogtainers and to my relief found out that Qantas now flies these breeds; hence a less long haul flight for them. We had issues with one dog for importation so had to fly them separately, it was extremely stressful.
