Okay service but needs a lot more effort to get five stars I had high expectations from Dogtainers when I booked my 12 year old dog to be transferred from Sydney to Bangalore (since though they advertise Kochi as a location in their website, they don’t do Kochi). Since my dog was a little bit of a difficult doggy to be examined by vets I have to go with my own vets for his vaccinations. Great service every time. I have used dogtainers on multiple occasions, including most recently to transport a new puppy from Canberra to Adelaide. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The BIG adventure The migration process is tough. And when you've got a dog you refuse to leave in your motherland despite the solid age and health issues (epilepsia in our case), it's much harder. "Chibi" Welcome to Gold Coast! Our dog called "Chibi" just arrived at Gold Coast safely thanks to Dogtainers! Chibi is really good in condition though she seemed to be a little bit tired when she arrived at the airport! It was long way to wait for her. She had to stay in Japan for a year due to the matter of Australian Quarantine as well as the trouble of Qantas freight.
