Amazing support My experience with Dogtainers has been extremely positive. Jess went above and beyond to assist me through the process of bringing my animals home from overseas. Jess truly cared about my animals and not only helped me with the logistics but was a great support. I could not have done it without her. This is the second time I have used Dogtainers and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals.

Great price and excellent service We dealt with Laena in Perth to get our dog up to Newman on a Virgin flight. She made the whole process very easy and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Dogtainers gave us a much better price for the flight and crate hire than we could get by booking directly ourselves through another carrier.

Smooth process Extremely professional and communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Alison who handled the vet checks and picked up Molly, on the day of her flight, was so kind and loving towards Molly and she helped calm my nerves. She even text me a photo of Molly while they were waiting at the freight centre. Highly recommend Dogtainers to anyone considering transporting an animal.

Great experience Laena was my consultant at Dogtainers and her customer support and response time was great and took the stress out of booking my dog on a driect flight that all competitors said could not happen! Thank you Dogtainers and Jess - bringing 14-year-old dog home from USA to Australia We had to bring our little miniature schnauzer, Tilly, back home to Australia after living in Texas, USA for 5 years. Fantastic experience (Pug from Denmark to Australia) We had to relocate our Pug from Denmark to Australia, and while many services refused the business due to her breed Dogtainers stepped up. Amora rellocation Dogtainers was responsible for the Australian part of my dog’s (Amora) movement from Portugal to Australia. Jess Pajalic, the consultant responsible was always very friendly and happy to help, doing 100% of the time the best that she could in order to leave me and my girlfriend less nervous with the move and letting us know all the updates from flights and contacts with the government authorities. I definitely recommend the service of Dogtainers!
