Excellent Service, would use again What a fantastic experience I had with Dogtainers. Especially Dylan Blackwood, who was very patient, thoughtful, and very helpful, making the whole experience very easy to organise. I would recommend Dogtainers to friends and family, the price was reasonable, again the help was amazing. Here is a photo of our Winnie who travelled from Melbourne all the way to Port Hedland in the remote region of WA.

Wow what a great experience It was a very stressful time trying to organise our 2 Labradors to fly from Groote Eylandt to Cairns. Once I contacted Dogtainers, Dylan Blackwood made the process so easy. His organisational skills were second to none. Dylan booked the flights so Bundy and Kahlua wouldn’t spend too much time apart. We were kept in the loop at every stage of there flight with emails and photos.

Great helper life time. Amazing handling. Safely delivered my cat My cat arrived safe and sound. She was handled with great care and consideration. The delivery driver Colin was very friendly and kept me updated during her delivery.

Highly recommend My partner and I had the help of lovely Jess with our relocation to Sydney, Australia with our 5 year old dog, Bella. Jess was so thoughtful, thorough and calming throughout the whole(very long) process. We never felt our questions were stupid or too many, Jess was just always there to help. The whole process can seem impossible when starting out, so I highly recommend getting help, we have no regrets!

Jess was amazing! I cannot thank Jess from Dogtainers enough for helping us bring Olaf from The Netherlands to Australia. This was a stressful process but Jess answered all of our questions and helped us every step of the way. Everything with Olaf went as planned and we were kept up to date with his journey.
