Great communication I would like to thank Dylan from Dogtainers. Myself and my 3month old pup Maltese Shihzui (Millie) Had flights booked with Virgin departing Mackay 11.25am to change at Brisbane for a Melbourne flight. I had Millie in a crate ready for transport by 10am. The Virgin flight was delayed 3hrs so did not board until 2.45pm. JOB DONE! We have just relocated from Spain back to Australia with our 3yo West Highland Terrier, Jesse. Emma helped take some of the stress from organising Jesse and our own house move from A to B with excellent communication & direction. Jesse has survived his prison term in Melbourne and happily settling in this week to his new life!

Great experience Had my Miniature Schnauzer 12 week old puppy flown from Sydney to Melbourne this week. She arrived safely. Easy process from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Only one Dog Transport company for me and that’s Dogtainers! We have now used Dogtainers twice and have had a wonderful experience with them! They answered all of my questions promptly and were able to give plenty of options to work in with our needs. My dog arrived safely and was able to be collected promptly. They are also the most affordable I found. There is now only one dog transport company for me :) Thank you Dogtainers!

Ooutstanding service I recommend Dogtainers. The service was outstanding. My process was difficult, bringing a dog from Brazil to Australia is extremely hard. I decided to do it with Dogtainers to ensure that no mistakes were made and my dog would be here with me. It was one year since I moved to Chile to be able to bring him. Thank you Emma from Dogtainers We used Dogtainers to transport our dog from Estonia to Australia. Emma from Dogtainers was there every step of the way. She was polite, friendly, understanding, sympathetic. Everything you need when transporting your furrbaby. During our dogs quarantine we had some additional requests and she was onto things straight away. She attempted to everything on timely manner and advised us along the way. Thank you Emma!
