Fantastic Pet Delivery We moved our 9 year old dog from Florida (USA) to Sydney (Australia). Dogtainers helped with the last leg of the trip (Melbourne to Sydney). They were fantastic! They took great care of our fur-baby and provided detailed communication every step of the way.

Efficient company ! We took this company to transfer twice our cat landing in Sydney + bringing to quarantine , and taking out and bring him to an Melbourne airport for Sydney, good and efficient, I would have just loved receiving a text when you have grabbed it at the end of quarantine ! Would definitely reuse :)

Absolutely disgraceful, obviously no training Either Dogtainers or the drop off point staff had mine and other pups in a noisy, distressful environment left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, train your staff. A blanket was removed after crate was cable tied
First Time Pet Travel First time puppy owners with our little man travelling from Newcastle to Perth. Covid unfortunately cancelled his original flight and Hollie was fantastic in finding him an alternative one. Hollie eased our minds with how he was going to be taken care of with his layover in Brisbane. He arrived a happy pup and we are happy customers! :) Thanks for such great customer service!

Great Service so easy We were moving from regional WA to Perth and needed to move our cat and dog. We were given a lot of confusing information. With the move date coming so soon I decided to look at other companies and was so lucky to find Dogtainers. I got Hollie who just put me at ease and explained everything so clearly. Great service! Pups arrived on time no issues Hollie helped us a lot in getting our two pups from Adelaide to Sydney. Great costumer service, she managed to change our initial booking easily and stress free. Also Hollie was there whenever needed, never failed to attend my needs. Our puppies arrived on time and it was easy to collect. Thank you Dogtainers, we will definently recommend and use it again in the future.

Great Friendly Service! Alex provided amazing customer service from the quote, handled some small changes due to COVID19 and was fast and efficient. Dogtainers were also the most competitive quote I received for the relocation. Highly recommended and would use again if I need transport.
