Great customer service I would like to thank Hollie for ensuring that our new puppy was looked after and made a safe transition from Hervey Bay to Townsville. Hollie went the extra mile and kept me well informed and offered solutions for all of my queries and concerns. Well definitely use the service again.

Great late night hand-over service in Sydney Much appreciated the friendly text from Amanda advising us of the exact time our Border Collie would be able to be collected and from which collection point in Sydney. Also, many thanks to Amelia in Brisbane who arranged transportation at short notice. We have used Dogtainers many times between Adelaide/Sydney and this was by far the most efficient hand-over. Above and Beyond Old Fashioned Customer Service I cannot fault Dogtainers at all. This wonderful business gave the best old fashioned customer service and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Isaiah helped us when the breeder we went through had a sudden change of circumstance and needed the puppy delivered two weeks ahead of our booking with less than a days notice. I highly recommend Dogtainers to anyone looking for a pet carrier service.

100% recommend and would use again! It was the first time receiving a puppy through DogTainers, and the first time having one flown. We were very scared and thought the process would be overly complicated, but it was very easy. We made a mistake when submitting the puppies info and when we realised we emailed our dog transport organiser (Hollie) and she fixed it and responsed within 30 minutes. Very impressed and satisfied. Also a lot cheaper than expected. 100% recommend and would use again.

Fantastic service, even for a neurotic dog mom! Transported a dog and cat interstate. All communication was fantastic, animals were collected from my home on time and arrived on time and totally unbothered by it all. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Dogtainers and Heather First time we've purchased a puppy from interstate and used a transport company for pet travel.
