I went through Doorstead as they are the property managers for the condo I wanted to rent. Application process was smooth and efficient. They were great answering my questions and walking me through the process. This review is for the application and lease signing process only as I have not moved in yet.
Doorstead is the property manager of the home I rented. They respond to me via email or text in a very timely manner. From the lease agreement to the maintenance of the property we rented they helped us along the way. I highly recommend Doorstead.

Doorstead manages the condo we are renting. They are professional, courteous and efficient. Great experience. We recently had a plumbing issue. We notified them and they got it fixed promptly while working with the owners and the plumbing company.
Extremely thorough in terms of what needs to be done to the house before they list the house starting from getting the house cleaned by professionals who ACTUALLY did an AMAZING job with the house. Quick to respond in getting quotes and keeping us updated. Avery has been extremely communicative through the entire process with timely emails and responses. Would highly recommend. At times you have to pay higher fees for higher quality of service. Rented the house within a week of listing. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed working with the staff. Was very responsive and able to find me a tenant in under two weeks. Fair pricing scheme and equitable compensation.Would highly recommend.
I just got my place rented out and my experience with Doorstead has been pretty good so far. The team is very responsive and helps me find a tenant fairly quickly. Chris and Taylor were both proactive and easy to communicate with during this stressful process. I'd recommend them for their efficiency and professionalism.
Called in for maintenance and it was handled very quickly and efficiently.. no stress… Great team…Ghill, Kennedy & Christine.. Doorstead. U Rock!!!. Absolutely have nothing bad to say about about them.. Even the landlord responded quickly.
