I deeply impressed by Doorstead professional and high-efficient services. Actually, I was concerned about this never-heard company at the beginning. Even more, I have not met any employees of Doorstead after I move in, only their contract onsite field associate. Doorstead utilizes online high-tech to deliver its impressive services just as Uber or DoorDash. What a truly interesting, innovative and respectable real-estate management company I have ever met.
Doorstead quickly responded when we were locked out of our unit due to an electronic lock error. Their staff were very helpful in contacting the owner to get the appropriate code and followed up the next day with steps to ensure the issue would not happen again. They also made our move-in experience swift and painless!

Very, very professional and thorough with their assessment of my property and how they handled the solicitation of potential tenants. Within a week of listing the property we had a signed contract in large part due to the professional and respectful nature of the Doorstead Team. I am currently renting an apartment managed by Doorstead. The showing, paperwork, and move-in process were seamless, as has been communicating with Doorstead employees. Our first (and only) maintenance call has also been flawless; after filling out a repair ticket we heard back within the same day, and by the next morning, we were able to successfully (and easily) fix the issue by working through the provided troubleshooting material/video.
I was tenant in a property managed by Doorstead for 18 months, and they always responded on a timely manner to all my service requests. Very professional.
Working with Doorstead has been super easy so far. I live out of state, but they were able to schedule repairs and updates, show my listing, keep me informed on showings, and charged a really reasonable rate. They also paid out of pocket for the repairs and added it to my account, so I won't have to pay for anything - I can just let my rental income pay off the amount owed. Overall really easy and a very nice team.
