We have been really pleased with Doorstead. They marketed our apartments and had top quality tenants applying within a week. It took about 3 weeks to fill my vacancies. Maintenance requests have been handled well, and the team is great about maintaining good, open communication. I recommend Doorstead as a property management company.

Everyone at Doorstead has been incredibly responsive, efficient and professional. In addition they have a very personal and friendly attitude. I highly recommend them. They go to great lengths to be sure they meet my expectations. I asked for a new garbage disposal because the old one was very noisy, but still working. They happily got it replaced it with a top of the line super quiet one!
