Doorstead was able to rent out our home fairly quickly. The entire team (Chris, Taylor) was very quick/proactive throughout the entire process - starting from initial evaluation, fixing the issues, marketing/advertising, and getting the lease signed. I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in managing their property.

Doorstead made our apartment hunting smooth and easy! The rent price is very reasonable especially for the size and location of the unit. The representatives respond in a timely manner and made sure all of our questions were answered. The application process was very detailed and easy to follow! The only thing that could’ve probably been improved was to make a last minute cleaning of the floor. The unit was toured by several people before we got it so the floor was dusty. I became a Doorstead Inc. client early this year; I interviewed several property managers, and Doorstead Inc. was by far the best in terms of offerings and competitive pricing in the real estate market. The Doorstead owners team handled the property with a thoroughness and commitment that has surpassed all of my expectations. In addition, all maintenance requests are responded to and resolved promptly. The Doorstead owners team is just fantastic!
The unit was great and we’re really keen on pursuing the unit but we haven’t heard back. I really hope that we get a response regarding this unit sooner rather than later.
